Pool Warm Ups are essential for making AUTOMATIC TECHNICAL MOVEMENTS.

- DAY 1: Band Warm up to increase speed and mobility to our eggbeater kick, jump and hips.

DAY 2: Technique to get used to new movements through repetition and being conscious about them. It's the only way to develop a good technique under pressure and fatigue. 

- DAY 3: Coordination and reaction to work on our concentration, cognitive skills, speed and body control.
