- We will build an ATHLETIC, HEALTHY, FUNCTIONAL AND DURABLE Body.
- We will transfer the dry land IMPROVEMENTS to the pool and to the GOALPOST.
DRY LAND WORKOUTS
You will get started introducing to true "GOALIE FITNESS".
- Exercises to improve your fluid mobility, HIIT trainings to build your Endurance, Workouts that develop Dynamic Strength and Plyometrics to boost your speed and power in the goal post.
- A well planned PROGRESSION for goalie performance.
- Enhance your ABILITY to move in the manner a goalie needs to.
POOL WARM UPS
Pool Warm Ups are essential for making AUTOMATIC TECHNICAL MOVEMENTS.
- DAY 1: Band Warm up to increase speed and mobility to our eggbeater kick, jump and hips.
- DAY 2: Technique to get used to new movements through repetition and being conscious about them. It's the only way to develop a good technique under pressure and fatigue.
- DAY 3: Coordination and reaction to work on our concentration, cognitive skills, speed and body control.
In this 8 WEEKS, we will build a conditioning and base that will last all your season.
PRE SEASONS are the base of your success.
- DAY 1: HIIT workouts and progressive conditioning specific for goalies and goalie endurance.
- DAY 2: Strength and Power Workouts for winning KICK INTENSITY, JUMP POWER, HEIGHT AND EXPLOSIVENESS.
- DAY 3: Technique and Tactic day. We will improve slides, jumping technique, common game situations and much more.
